About: I was born on July, 16th of 1979, after graduate from Senior High School on 1996, I was continued my study at University of Persada Indonesia YAI (Jakarta) on 2002, majoring in Bachelor of Accounting and then continue my study in the same institution, success to get Master of Management especially Finance Management on 2005. After finish my first Master degree in Management, I’ve got the second Master of Law at University of Indonesia (Jakarta), especially in Economics Law on 2007 by Office’s Scholarship.
I have been working at PT Sanwell Austindo-Jakarta (www.austindocorporation.com), my last position as a Finance Manager, and then start on May 2007 I have been moving as a Marketing Manager, but until now I am still responsible as an Internal Control Manager at PT Austindo Perdana- Bali (Austindo Groups).
In my spare time, usually I am always reading and writing something. Until now, I have been contributed my opinion by some media, like’s science journal, articles, blogs and also in my personal website too (www.yulyanto.com).

The increasing of property sector, especially for apartment in Indonesia currently makes Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) interest to financing credit for apartment ownership. For this time, BRI just giving the financing to credit for house ownership.
For the first time, BRI has joint with Pikko Group to realize their interest to financing the apartment ownership. There are any three apartment will be financing by BRI, consist of, Sahid Sudirman Residence, Hamton’s Park and Maple Park.
Until the end of 2007, BRI has a target to distribute their credit consumer for apartment ownership will be 40 percent and for house ownership will be 60 percent. Currently, they have been to preparing the money to the amount 4 trilion to anticipate demand of credit facility. BRI will giving 11 percent fixed interest per annual and 11.5 percent for two year installment for apartment ownership.
The growth of apartment and condominium in Indonesia for second quarter 2007 has been increasing significantly than the first quarter 2007. So, almost all of banking in here very interest to giving the financing to facility credit for apartment and condominium ownership (www.antara.co.id).
