About: I was born on July, 16th of 1979, after graduate from Senior High School on 1996, I was continued my study at University of Persada Indonesia YAI (Jakarta) on 2002, majoring in Bachelor of Accounting and then continue my study in the same institution, success to get Master of Management especially Finance Management on 2005. After finish my first Master degree in Management, I’ve got the second Master of Law at University of Indonesia (Jakarta), especially in Economics Law on 2007 by Office’s Scholarship.
I have been working at PT Sanwell Austindo-Jakarta (www.austindocorporation.com), my last position as a Finance Manager, and then start on May 2007 I have been moving as a Marketing Manager, but until now I am still responsible as an Internal Control Manager at PT Austindo Perdana- Bali (Austindo Groups).

PT Jasa Marga Tbk will be Initial Public Offering (IPO) on November 2007, the company would selling about 2.04 billion of new shares, or 30 percent of its total shares. After the IPO, the company will be 30 percent owned by public and 70 percent by the government (www.thejakartapost.com).
As we know that currently, Jasa Marga still needed the additional fund to developing toll road projects. The company plan that almost 90 percent fund will be used for developing the toll road projects, there are for Bogor Ring Road, Gempol-Pasuruan, Semarang-Solo toll roads and the balance about 10 percent will be used to improve the capacity of existing tollways.
Currently, nominal price of Jasa Marga’s share per each is Rp. 500, and for new shares which will be issue at November 2007 the price of share will be around Rp. 1.400 till Rp. 1.800 per each and it will be listing at Jakarta Stock Exchange on November, 9th of 2007.
Established in 1978, Jasa Marga now operates 496 km out of the 630 km of tollways in Indonesia.
