Currently, Blue Bird Group has been doing some preparation to change theirs old armada for Silver Bird Executive Taxi with new armada, Mercedes-Benz C-Class 230. Blue Bird has been doing some agreement with PT Daimler Chrysler Indonesia (DCIna) to supply the new armada for Silver Bird Executive Taxi.
From 300 units Mercedes has been ordered by Blue Bird to DCIna, on June 2007, DCIna was supply some new armada for Blue Bird. The agreement said that DCIna will supply the Mercedes with step by step till finish in the end of 2007.
As per information from Deputy Director Marketing Planning & Communication DCIna, Yuniadi Hartono, maybe Blue Bird will increase their order to more than 300 unit as the first agreement. Planning to revision for additional order by Blue Bird to DCIna are very possible to realized, because the total neededs taxi for Silver Bird Executive Taxi about 700 units. It’s means that from the first order to DCIna, Blue Bird will order about 400 unit again to complete they Silver Birds Executive Taxi.
