Free tariff for import duty from ASEAN countries

Refer to Common Effective Prefential Tariff (CEPT) scheme for ASEAN Free Trade on 2007, Goverment of Indonesia who representative by Finance Department has determining to eliminate the import duty tariff from the countries of ASEAN.  

The regulation has declarate by Government of Indonesia in October, 24th 2007 with Finance Minister ’s Regulation No. 129/010/2007. Category for the goods has regulated by government are for Priority Integration Sector (PIS) and also almost for 80 percent of Inclusion List products. 

Trade in Good Asean Framework Agreement for The Integration of Priority Sector has determining that the six countries from ASEAN has agree to delete the import duty tariff of the products (www.okezone.com).
