About: I was born on July, 16th of 1979, after graduate from Senior High School on 1996, I was continued my study at University of Persada Indonesia YAI (Jakarta) on 2002, majoring in Bachelor of Accounting and then continue my study in the same institution, success to get Master of Management especially Finance Management on 2005. After finish my first Master degree in Management, I’ve got the second Master of Law at University of Indonesia (Jakarta), especially in Economics Law on 2007 by Office’s Scholarship.
I have been working at PT Sanwell Austindo-Jakarta (www.austindocorporation.com), my last position as a Finance Manager, and then start on May 2007 I have been moving as a Marketing Manager, but until now I am still responsible as an Internal Control Manager at PT Austindo Perdana- Bali (Austindo Groups).
In my spare time, usually I am always reading and writing something. Until now, I have been contributed my opinion by some media, like’s science journal, articles, blogs and also in my personal website too (www.yulyanto.com).

The project of Kuningan City will be increase the growht of Casablanca area, Kuningan, South of Jakarta. Agung Podomoro Group (APG) has been planning to developing the Kuningan City in the begin of 2008.
Kuningan City project’s will be consist of shopping centre integrated, apartment, office building in 3 hectares area at Prof. Dr. Satrio, Casablanca, South of Jakarta. This projects as per APG’s vision “back to the city”.
The projects will be needed Rp. 800 miliard of investment and it will be the first project for Agung Podomoro Group in 2008. The constructions will be begin in the middle of 2008 and will be finish in the end of 2010.
Beside Kuningan City projects who developed by APG in Casablanca area, Ciputra Group also will developing Ciputra World projects. While, Pakuwon Group will developing the City of Casablanca.

Saya pemilik hp yang menerima sms berulang ulang dari Denpasar Res/Kuningan City untuk menawarkan produk denpasar res.
Apakah cara berpromosi seperti itu dapat dibenarkan menurut aturan/etika yang berlaku ? bukankah hal tsb sudah menggangu privasi orang lain?
Kepada direksi Denpasar Res/Kuningan City,dengan ini saya menyatakan keberatan dengan cara2 promosi seperti tersebut diatas.

agung podomoro group buka dong di yogyakarta, kota yogya sekarang benar2 kota wisata, tiap hari ramai. coba donk survei, ini ada tanah luas total hampir 3000m2 bisa diperlebar lagi, pinggir jalan utama, kawasan ramai, siapa tahu minat?
