About: I was born on July, 16th of 1979, after graduate from senior high school on 1996, I was continued my study at University of Persada Indonesia YAI (Jakarta) on 2002, majoring in Bachelor of Accounting and then continue my study in the same institution, success to get Master of Management especially Finance Management on 2005, after finish my first master degree in management, I’ve got the second Master of Law at University of Indonesia (Jakarta), especially in Economics Law on 2007 by office‘s scholarship. Since graduate from senior high school, I have been working at PT Sanwell Austindo - Jakarta (www.austindocorporation.com), my last position as a Finance Manager, and then start on May 2007 I have been moving as a Marketing Manager. Besides of that until now I am still responsible as an Internal Control Manager at PT Austindo Perdana - Bali (austindo group). PT Sentul City Tbk, has agree to join with Government Corporation in China which focus on trading and property area, China Poly Group. They will be commit to develop some residential projects and also for commercial projects.
China Poly Group who representative by theirs Strategic Business Unit in Hongkong, has agree to joint with Sentul City by Joint Venture Company or another alternatives like investment strategic.
Although the agreement has not yet realization with specificly, but it will be very prospectively for those company. With this memorandum of understanding (MoU) they will be doing the business with cross buying stock and also will be start to develop another property, like appartments or hotels.
These combination also will influence the new consept for our property trend and finally will be support our economic growth for entirely (www.bisnis.com)
