Indonesia agree to supply LNG for Japan

Indonesia government plan to realize the profitable agreement of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) between Indonesia-Japan has succsesfully. 

The agreement was reached in negotiations between state oil and gas company, Pertamina and six Japanese gas companies based in western Japan. The Japan companies has agree on the price of Indonesian LNG supplies to Japan. 

Energy and Mineral Resources Minister, Purnomo Yusgiantoro said that the agreement has succesfullly and Indonesia got the good price and also will be profitable for Indonesia.  

The agreement will be valid for 10 years and Indonesia agree to supply 25 million tons of LNG step by step. The first five years, Indonesia will supply 3 million tons per year and the last five years, Indonesia will supply 2 million tons per year with following the fluctuative world market prices (www.thejakartapost.com).
