About: I was born on July, 16th of 1979, after graduate from Senior High School on 1996, I was continued my study at University of Persada Indonesia YAI (Jakarta) on 2002, majoring in Bachelor of Accounting and then continue my study in the same institution, success to get Master of Management especially Finance Management on 2005. Total sales transaction of property in Jabodetabek (Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi) area in 2008 was reached Rp. 11,89 trillion or decrease around 8,7 percent if we compare by the some perioed in 2007 which reached Rp. 13,03 trillion.
Executive Director of Indonesia Property Watch, Ali Tranghanda said that the decrease of property sector in Jabodetabek area is out of control and not as per the target. It was caused by impact of global financial crisis in the end of 2008 year’s.
For the middle-down segment of houses was decrease from Rp. 2,12 trillion in 2007 become to Rp. 1,78 trilliun in 2008, it means that decrease is around 16 percent.
While, for middle-up segment of houses was increase around 30% become to Rp. 3,4 trillion. The condition was reflection, that for actually the global financial crisis currently is not influence by significantly for middle-up segmentation (www.bisnis.com).
