Rencana pengambilalihan saham PT Asia Mobile oleh PT Truba Alam Manunggal senilai US$ 138 melalui obligasi tukar (mandatory exchange notes) sepertinya akan mengalami penundaan, hal ini disebabkan karena berbagai pertimbangan perseroan, termasuk kondisi pasar saat ini.

Kenaikan harga minyak dunia yang kembali menyentuh level US$ 121 per barrelnya siang tadi, dari level US$ 111 pada pekan lalu, juga diikuti oleh rebound-nya hampir semua saham-saham group PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR).
Perusahaan-perusahaan group Bakrie yang sahamnya melonjak seiring kenaikan harga minyak dunia diantaranya adalah PT BUMI resources Tbk (BUMI) sebagai produsen batu bara, PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (UNSP) yang bergerak dalam bidang perkebunan, PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) yang bergerak dalam bidang migas, dan yang terakhir adalah PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL) yang bergerak dalam bidang telekomunikasi.

Dengan melihat kondisi pasar keuangan saat ini, Menteri Negara BUMN, Sofyan A. Djalil masih belum yakin terkait dengan rencana PT Adhi Karya Tbk (Adhi) untuk melakukan aksi korporasi melalui right issue. Namun pemerintah tetap mengupayakan agar aksi korporasi tersebut bisa direalisasikan sebelum akhir tahun 2008.
Komposisi saham Adhi hingga akhir tahun 2007 lalu adalah 85,5903% dimiliki oleh investor lokal, yang terdiri atas Pemerintah RI sebesar 51,0004%, Masyarakat Indonesia sebesar 7,8285%, Karyawan Perusahaan sebanyak 0,0006%, Yayasan sebesar 0,1547%, Dana Pensiun sebesar 4,4621%, Asuransi sebesar 2,9893%, Perusahaan Swasta sebesar 4,0683% dan yang terakhir adalah Dana Reksa sebesar 15,0864% (www.adhi.co.id).

Terkait dengan terjadinya kerusakan pada sistem informasi jaringan internal perdagangan bursa pada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) beberapa hari yang lalu, saat ini BEI sedang memikirkan upaya untuk menyediakan sistem transaksi terbaru dalam bentuk single platform, yang rencananya akan di implementasikan pada bulan Desember 2008 mendatang.
Antisipasi terhadap sistem informasi perdagangan bursa akan di implementasikan oleh BEI guna meminimalisir terjadinya kegagalan sistem perdagangan yang menyebabkan tertundanya transaksi.

Harga minyak dunia yang terus menerus terperosok hingga berada pada level dibawah US$ 113/ barelnya saat ini, diikuti dengan melemahnya harga komoditas pasar yang pada akhirnya juga berdampak terhadap volatility Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan(IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).

Keputusan Bank Indonesia (BI) untuk meningkatkan suku bunga acuan sebesar 25 basis poin pekan lalu menjadi 9% merupakan keputusan yang cukup tepat terhadap iklim investasi di Indonesia.

Hingga saat ini dana pensiun sejumlah Rp. 22,64 triliun telah diparkir oleh beberapa perusahaan Dana Pensiun (Dapen) pada instrumen investasi dalam bentuk obligasi.
Kecenderungan perusahaan dana pensiun untuk memilih obligasi sebagai instrumen investasi yang paling diminati adalah karena dapat disesuaikan dengan jangka waktu dari kewajiban masing-masing perusahaan yang harus dipenuhi.
Seperti kita ketahui bahwa kewajiban perusahaan Dapen itu biasanya dalam bentuk jangka panjang, ini berarti sangat sesuai dengan karakteristik obligasi sebagai instrumen investasi yang jatuh temponya juga bisa disesuaikan dengan kewajiban perusahaan.
Secara keseluruhan, total investasi perusahaan dana pensiun hingga Desember 2007 telah mencapai angka Rp. 87,90 triliun di mana Dana Pensiun Pemberi Kerja - Program Pensiun Manfaat Pasti (DPPK-PPMP) memberikan kontribusi sebesar Rp. 71,80 triliun.

Setelah sempat ditunda selama satu jam lima belas menit, akhirnya perdagangan efek di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sesi I yang normalnya beroperasi pada Jam 09.30WIB, akhirnya kembali dibuka pada Jam 10:45WIB oleh Direktur Utama PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Erry Firmansyah.
Berdasarkan surat No. Peng-0378/BEI.PSH/U/08-2008, yang dikeluarkan pagi tadi oleh pihak BEI yang juga dilakukan jumpa pers oleh Erry Firmansyah, perdagangan bursa ditunda akibat terjadinya gangguan jaringan internal pada sistem perdagangan di BEI.
Perdagangan sesi I di BEI kembali dibuka melalui surat No. Peng-0379/BEI.SPH/U/08-2008 dengan jadwal perdagangan pertanggal 05 Agustus 2008, sesi I dimulai pada Jam 10.45-12.00WIB, sedangkan perdagangan sesi II dimulai pada Jam 13.30-16:00WIB.

Pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) pada perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sejak dibuka pada awal perdagangan Senin lalu, 28 Juli 2008 ditutup menguat sebesar 30,34 poin atau naik sebesar 1.35%, yaitu dari 2,245.34 (25/07/08) hinga berada pada kisaran 2,275.68 (28/07/08).
Kondisi ini terus terjadi hingga perdagangan saham selasa kemarin (29/07/08), dimana IHSG ditutup berada pada kisaran 2.278,68 atau menguat tipis sebesar 3, 00 atau rebound sebesar 0,13%.
Meskipun sempat melemah pada perdagangan di pagi hari (29/07/08), namun pergerakan IHSG terus menguat hingga perdagangannya di tutup. Baca selengkapnya »
